Please note that all Jolýpani orders are carefully prepared and processed with care. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the nature of your order. Once your package has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to support our customers throughout the shipping process, Jolýpani is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been accepted into their possession.
